One of the main goals I had when creating my practice was to simplify the counseling experience; this includes fees & payment:
Intake Appointments are $125 and will last 75 minutes.
All subsequent appointments are $100 per clinical hour and will last 60 minutes. (Longer sessions are available upon request/necessity.)
Other services are available such as letters for court and substance use assessments- please ask for pricing.
Please note that at this time, I have chosen not to accept any insurance plans (please see "Questions" page for further explanation).
Cash, check & all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) accepted for payment.
Most employers offer either Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) which can used to pay for counseling services. If your card has a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo on it, you are welcome to use your FSA/HSA card for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session ($100.00). No other appointments will be scheduled until all past due accounts have been reconciled.
If I do not show up for a scheduled session and have not provided you with the same 24 hour notice, then our next session will be free. It is OK to cancel or reschedule as long as a minimum 24 hour notice is provided. I will kindly ask, however, that if you do need to cancel or reschedule please let me know as early as possible.
