One of the main goals I had when creating my practice was to simplify the counseling experience; this includes fees & payment
Intake Appointments are $100.00 (please note all Intake Appointments are 90-minutes in length).
All subsequent appointments are charged at $65.00 per clinical hour (60-minutes). Longer sessions are available upon request/necessity.
Please note that at this time, I have chosen not to accept any insurance plans (please see "Questions" page for further explanation).
Cash, check & all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) accepted for payment.
Most employers offer either Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) which can used to pay for counseling services. If your card has a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo on it, you are welcome to use your FSA/HSA card for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. No other appointments will be scheduled until all past due accounts have been reconciled.
If I do not show up for a scheduled session and have not provided you with the same 24 hour notice, then our next session will be free. It is OK to cancel or reschedule as long as a minimum 24 hour notice is provided. I will kindly ask, however, that if you do need to cancel or reschedule please let me know as early as possible.
